Efrain Rodriguez is a Christian who has been counseling for over 25 years. He’s treated clients with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and trauma backgrounds. His therapy style is warm and interactive. His approach combines EMDR, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and body techniques to aid in emotional healing.
I have years of experience treating clients with trauma backgrounds, PTSD, military members and first responders who experience ongoing anxiety, depression, worry, and panic. I employ somatic techniques to help with quicker resolution of stuck traumatic aspects in order to develop new neural pathways and help lessen negative associations to triggers.
